Part 1: Getting your account settings.

If you are not familiar with your email account settings, you can contact your provider and try to get the information from them. However, you can get this information from Microsoft Entourage.

In Microsoft Entourage: 

1. Go To Tools >> Accounts
   
2. Select your email account from the list and click Edit
3. The Edit Account window will open to Account Settings, most everything you need will be on this window
4. Make note of:
• Incoming mail
• Outgoing mail
• Account Name
5. Click "Click here for more advanced sending options."
• Make note of the Outgoing Mail ports
• My mail server requires authentication
• If SMTP Service requires secure connection (SSL) is checked
