From what I reading in the link provided this is NOT a problem with the official builds of Thunderbird 10.0, but rather custom distributions such as Icewarp or Merak. There also appears to be a work around: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=723109#c32

TB 10 has a problem with authentication.
See
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=2416925&p=11691011
I'm affected too and can't log into my ISP.
Can't find any news from TB about when a issue a version that works will be issued.
This is not 'customer friendly'.
I know one should not look a gift horse in the mouth, but TB needs to ask itself why it allowed itself to issue a version which is not fully validated.
In the meantime, it's back to the stone age with WLM...

It's a quite logical step, since Microsoft is coming with W8. XP is ending it's era.

Very nicely done! Your site is a great resource, thanks. BTW, you misspelled "Downloads" in your sidebar header, FYI. Nobody's perfect!

Cheers!

Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, I downloaded latest Lightning and the Provider for Google Calendar 0.9, but this one gives an error in my Thunderbird 9.0 ... well, I'll try reinstalling everything (I had thunderbird and lightning from ppa's)

Regards,
Javier.
